Jeff Swickard founded Swickard Auto Group in 2014 to provide world-class hospitality to customers. Recognized by Automotive News as one of the fastest-growing dealership groups of 2020, 2021, and 2022, what started as one Mercedes-Benz dealership in suburban Portland, OR, has grown to 53 franchises in Alaska, Hawaii, California, Oregon, Texas, and Washington representing many legendary brands. Jeff has led multiple dealerships to the highest honors available within their respective brands, including multiple winners of Toyota’s President’s Award, Elite of Lexus, and Mercedes-Benz Best of the Best. In addition to his business accomplishments, Jeff is passionate about positively impacting the communities in which we operate. While Swickard Auto Group’s charitable portfolio includes causes focused on education, local arts, veterans and members of the Armed Forces, youth sports, and disease research, Jeff has a special place in his heart for dogs and local dog rescues.

Thank you for taking a moment to read my story and learn how I’ve grown into my current role as Service Director at Mercedes-Benz of Thousand Oaks. I’m 38 years old, happily married, and a proud father of two. My journey with Mercedes-Benz began in 2006, when I started as a car wash porter. From there, I worked my way up to a Loaner Car Assistant role, and in late 2013, I stepped into the position of Service Consultant. Most recently, in late 2022, I was honored to be promoted to Service Director. Throughout my career, my goal has always been simple: take care of every customer’s vehicle as if it were my own—even if that means washing it myself. I am proud to be Mercedes-Benz Master Certified and continuously seek to expand my knowledge of the automotive industry, especially when it comes to the exceptional products and services we offer. Building trust with my clients and ensuring their complete satisfaction is my top priority. I grew up in Westlake Village, CA, and graduated from Westlake High School and the University of California, Northridge. I joined the auto industry in 2012 and became a part of the fantastic team here in January 2021. My dad has worked in the auto industry my whole life, specifically with Mercedes Benz, so it was a natural fit for me to want to work with Mercedes-Benz; I can proudly say it has been the best career decision. I love working for this amazing brand, surrounded by incredible coworkers and management, and helping our exceptional customers and community.

Although I joined the auto industry in 2018, my father worked for Mercedes Benz for 31 years; I am very fortunate and proud to be taking care of his clients! Seeing customers leave completely satisfied with their service is what I strive to do! I grew up in Newbury Park and studied at Moorpark College. When it comes to free time, I love to hike and surf and take up kayaking and dirt bike riding. Overall, I'm an easygoing person, always willing to help others!
